Mark Emlick
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Mark is an experienced entrepreneur & professional investor. He was the founder of wealth management adviser Dunedin Independent plc & the retail investor backed direct property manager Strategic Investment Management plc, both regulated financial services firms.
Mark founded Consensus Capital Group after he exited Dunedin to Swiss fund management group Helvetia Wealth. Mark has been responsible for setting up & structuring significant property, private equity & energy opportunities.
Joseph Lee
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Joseph is an experienced and talented finance professional and business investor. He has had a successful career in the City of London where he was a corporate banking director managing a fixed income portfolio of over £1 billion.
Since 2008 he has been helping entrepreneurs and family businesses that want to grow, fund, restructure or transform. His experience casts across a wide range of sectors - in particular property, retail, hospitality and renewable energy.
Nikki Connor
PROPERTY DIRECTOR
Nikki holds a wealth of property and asset management experience. She began her career in London where she became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors while working at an international
property consultancy.
Since joining Consensus Capital Group in 2019, Nikki now leads our property team. Her role involves strategically managing our diverse property portfolio, from identifying and acquiring deals aligned with our company's goals and values to overseeing lease negotiations and leading planning application execution.
Stuart Glass
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Stuart is a qualified accountant and provides the Group with expert financial modelling together with strategic financial advice in relation to the Group’s property and private equity portfolio.
Previously Stuart was Financial Director with Consensus Capital Plc for 5 years and prior to this Financial Controller with Sigma Capital Group Plc.
