We use our expertise in real estate to invest in residential property markets in the UK, with a focus high quality properties in prime areas with strong rental demand. Consensus Capital owns and manages a portfolio of residential investment properties in Edinburgh and London.
We choose our locations carefully and work hard to build good relationships with our tenants and property service providers so that we can maximise our rental yield and capital growth over the long term. The average holding period for our residential investments is over ten years.
