Expanding Capacity and Services
As part of its investment strategy, Consensus Capital has outlined plans to expand the capacity and services offered at Northlands Care Home. Currently comprising two buildings housing a total of 49 beds, the home is undergoing an ambitious expansion project.
A planning application has been submitted to Perth and Kinross Council for an extension to the existing lodge building, which will create an additional 15 beds. This expansion will increase the total number of beds at Northlands Care Home from 49 to 64, allowing more individuals to access high-quality care and support within the community.
